Prior to joining LGFCU in 2024, his credit union service spans more than 20 years, including executive roles at Bank Fund Staff Credit Union in Washington, D.C., and Truliant Federal Credit Union in Winston-Salem. As CFO of LGFCU, D’Annunzio is responsible for strategic planning, data governance, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.
D’Annunzio holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from the University of Richmond in Virginia, and is a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Business Appraiser, and CUNA Credit Union Enterprise Risk Management Expert.
Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with his three children, community service, soccer, Formula 1 racing, and restoring old cars. He resides in Wendell, N.C., with Tracy, his wife of 35 years.
