What information will I need to provide to enroll?
First, you must have an LGFCU Visa Credit Card in order to enroll. Next, you need to visit the Visa Cardholder's Eligibility Portal to ensure your card is eligible for ID Navigator. Once verified, you will be redirected to the NortonLifeLock website to start your ID Navigator enrollment.
Enrolling requires you to provide first name, last name, Social Security number, date of birth, address, phone number, and email address.
As a Visa cardholder, you can enjoy special discounts on other NortonLifeLock products too.

ID Navigator Powered by NortonLifeLock uses the following tools:
- Dark Web Monitoring continuously patrols the dark web and private forums looking for your personal information and notifies you if it’s found.
- Data Breach Notifications notify you of large-scale breaches so you can act quickly if a breach affects your personal information.
- Stolen Wallet Assist provides guidance to help you cancel or replace key documents like your credit cards, driver’s license, Social Security card, insurance cards and more.
- One-Bureau Credit Monitoring Alerts monitors your credit file for any key changes with a major credit bureau and alerts you if changes are detected.
- Credit, bank and utility account freezes provides instructions for how to quickly freeze credit, bank and utility files with each consumer reporting company to help protect you against criminals opening unauthorized accounts in your name.
