The Boards of Directors of Local Government Federal Credit Union and Civic Federal Credit Union are pleased to announce the appointment of Dwayne Naylor as the next Chief Executive Officer of LGFCU and Civic, respectively beginning January 2023.

It is with heavy hearts that we share with you the passing of Willie Best, who was a long-time volunteer for his Credit Unions. He served as the founding Chair of the Civic Federal Credit Union Board of Directors, and as a Director on the Board since Civic’s inception in 2019. He was a member of the Board of Directors for Local Government Federal Credit Union from 1993 to 2019, serving on various committees and in several officer positions.
